On the 6th day of 2017, I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the Middle Path. I hope that you thoroughly enjoy it! "The Middle path We all remember the story of Icarus, the son of the master craftsman Daedalus in ancient Greek mythology. Daedalus a master craftsman wanted to escape from Crete and fashioned for himself and his son wings made out of wax and feathers. He gave a warning to Icarus not to fly too close to the sun, or too close to the sea, but to follow Daedalus’ path of flight. Icarus got caught up with the wings, flew too close to the sun, the wax melted and he fell into the sea and drowned. There are significant insights from this story to help guide us. We, many times on many levels, want to escape one situation or the other. We want to make a change in our job, in our living situation, in ourselves. We sometimes feel as though we are trapped in a circle that we cannot escape, in circumstances or in relationships that no longer serve
